Put the tip of your finger on the iPhones back camera, and in about 25 seconds your pulse rate will be shown. A real-time pulse beat chart will be shown during the measuring.
NOTE: It may need several times exercise to use this app.
NOTE: Make sure that your fingertip completely and gently covers the camera lens. Pressing too hard reduces blood flow in your finger and its harder to get a result. Make sure that your fingers are not cold.
The measurement will be restarted once your finger cover the lens move. So do not move in measuring heart rate.
If the iPhone does not have flash, try to use it in a good lighting environment. The kids could use the thumbnail to cover the lens since the kids finger is too thin.

I dont understand when it says blood pressure & blood oxygen. It measures pulse or heart rate only. Also says you must set up personal info to operate, cannot find in settings. Misleading advertising.

If my pulse rate puts me near death after exercise then its great. It reads about half what it should be. Wasted money!
